Acrylic Block Stamping

I watched another one of Kim's tutorials yesterday, and I decided to try this (so simple) technique with a card. I used my Acrylic block as a background stamp. This is a sample card for a gathering I am having on Sunday. I am going to change the card up a bit (what else could I do to the middle of the flower besides a brad?), but will still use these colors. It seems that I don't have much ribbon in bulk, so Dutch Blue is my only summer color choice.

I took the three kids to an indoor bounce house place this morning. They had so much fun! It makes nap time a little longer, so it is a win-win situation for all of us!

CTMH Cottage Floral stamps, From Me to You stamps, Citurs Leaf Text. CS, Dutch Blue ribbon, Bubblegum CS.

Adorable card! As for the flower center - you can always punch out a small circle of CS and put it on the flower - then add liquid glass and even some glitter if you want and it looks like a brad. Good luck!
